2002
HMK Computer LLC was founded as a subsidiary of HMK Computer Technologies GmbH in August 2002 by Dipl.-Ing. Helmut Mühl-Kühner and Ernst Mutke in Phoenix, Arizona. The goal was to offer modern storage software, services and solutions for middle to big data centres in the USA. HMK Computer LLC offers a big portfolio of storage software products and solutions.

2004
After a four year activity under the patronage of HMK Computer Technologies GmbH the devision IT-security has been outsourced in a subsidiary. The company HMK DKEY Europe GmbH was founded in April 2004 by Dipl.-Ing. Helmut Mühl-Kühner, Dipl.-Ing. Leif Hager and Dirk Potthast in Schwalbach near Frankfurt/Main.
eo ipso Systeme GmbH was founded 1994 by Gerrit Bremer in Sittensen and 2004 integrated in the HMK-Group. as a subsidiary. It is specialized on PrePress-Workflow-Solutions.

2007
Today the HMK-Group. is attending around 500 end customers in all business units. Headquater of our group is Kronberg. You can find the products of the companies represented by our group in data centres of all branches, from middle and large enterprises to organizations like universities. Especially commercial and technically-scientific users who continually need to move or store big amounts of data do find well adapted solutions in our products for their requirements.

HMK Supercomputing GmbH was founded in September 2009 as a subsidiary of HMK Computer Technologies GmbH. Main target is to offer innovative products and solutions to the HPC-world. Installation support and after sales support are understood.
As Master-Reseller for Germany, Austria and the Switzerland HMK Supercomputing GmbH sells systems and solutions from Convey Computer Corporation Texas.
